Complete the appropriate registration application below and upload ALL required documents. Enrollment is not complete until all the required documents are provided and validated. 

Enrollment for PK3 & PK4 students to our Pre-K program at the Moody School is by Lottery.  Complete the online intake form to add your child to the Moody Lottery. If selected, you will be notified to complete registration.

Grades PK – 8th

Grades 9th – 12th (HHS)

Students applying for Haverhill High School must have a Transcript or final report card from their previous school to meet with a Guidance Counselor before they are enrolled.
