Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, in combination with content areas from the National Standards in Health Education, is embedded within the curriculum and provides education targeted for specific grade levels. Haverhill Public Schools Health Teachers provide age-appropriate Health/Sexual Health Education Instruction for Grades 5-12. Students/families will receive notification letters on content for grade levels. We have also provided a Video featuring: Megan Arivella, District Coach of Health and Wellness at HPS, and Lisa Begley, retired Dean of Wellness/HHS; they review the information and topics used in Health I & Health II classes at HHS.
