Donations:

All equipment and/or property that is received by the HPS System including but not limited to all donated items, purchased items, grant funded items and any other means of receiving said equipment are owned and operated by HPS.  All donations and requests for funding outside of HPS should be approved by the HPS Administration and School Committee in advance to make sure that all proper policies and procedures are followed.  All technology equipment used in the schools  – no matter the source – have to follow the same guidelines, policies, and standards set up by HPS and the HPS Technology Department.
