Deployment
During your employment for Haverhill Public Schools, you may be assigned Technology device(s), hardware peripherals, and software. These device(s) are to be used for Business purposes. Business purposes do not include allowing family or friends to occupy the unit when not in the hands of the receiver of this unit. Software licenses are not to be duplicated and given to others who do not govern the unit. The governing body is defined as Haverhill Public Schools.
Equipment Return
The Device(s) and peripherals being used are to be returned to the rightful owner, Haverhill Public Schools, upon completion of employment/consultation and/or site visit.
Damage, Warranty or Misplacing of Hardware
It is the responsibility of the assigned employee to replace the device(s) and/or peripherals with an exact or better model of the signed off device and/or pay for resulting repair costs.
