NOTE: Enrollment for PK3 & PK4 for Moody Preschool is by Lottery Only – DO NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION below unless you were asked to do so. You will be notified to complete registration forms and a screening.

Students applying for Haverhill High School must have a Transcript or final report card from their previous school to meet with a Guidance Counselor before they are enrolled.
