Chromebooks - Troubleshooting
STEP 1 – Is it Charging?
Be sure the device is plugged in, and there is enough battery.

Step 2 – Log Out / Log In
Click on the Time and choose Sign Out

Step 3 – Restart the Device
Click on the Time and Click the Power Button

Step 4 – Submit a Ticket
Visit HPS LaunchPad > ClassLink > Tech Support
