ParentSquare: A Quick Guide for Haverhill Public Schools Families

Haverhill Public Schools uses ParentSquare as its primary communication platform, allowing families to receive school and district updates, communicate with teachers and staff, complete forms, sign permission slips, and more. ParentSquare can send messages through email, text message, and the mobile app.

How to sign up for ParentSquare

Option 1: Activate Your Account from an Invitation

  1. Open the ParentSquare invitation email or text message sent by Haverhill Public Schools.
  2. Click Activate Your Account.
  3. Create a password and click Register.
  4. Verify your email address and/or phone number using the code sent to you.
  5. Confirm your child(ren) listed on the account.

Select "Yes, This Is Me" to complete setup.

Option 2: Register Without an Invitation

  1. Visit ParentSquare Sign In Page
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Enter the email address or phone number that Haverhill Public Schools has on file for you.
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your information and create your account. Your contact information must match the information in the district's student information system

Download the ParentSquare App

For the best experience, download the ParentSquare app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once signed in, you’ll receive notifications directly on your mobile device.

The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android stores. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Sign Up Requests, Photos, and Files.

Need Help?

If ParentSquare does not recognize your email address or phone number, or if a child is missing from your account, please contact your child's school office to update your information. Once your contact information is updated, you will be able to activate your account.
