Dear Parents and Families of Haverhill Students,

We are reaching out to inform you that severe cold weather is predicted for the Haverhill area tomorrow morning. At this time, schools will remain open and HPS staff should report to work.

Please plan accordingly to ensure that students are properly dressed for the cold, including wearing warm coats, hats, and mittens or gloves.

We understand that for students who walk to school or who must stand outside unprotected while waiting for the bus, these conditions are not ideal. For this reason, families who feel it would be best for their children to stay home due to weather-related concerns will have their absences excused.
