I wanted to share a reminder about Cartwheel, our virtual mental health partner. If your child has been struggling lately — maybe school feels harder, emotions feel bigger, something just feels off, or school has started to feel hard to get to — Cartwheel is here to help.

Here's what makes it easy:

• Your child can see a licensed therapist within days

• Appointments are virtual — from home, on your schedule (including afternoons, evenings, and weekends)

• Care is available in multiple languages, including Spanish 

• If you have MassHealth, it's completely free. Most private insurance plans are also accepted.

You don't need a referral or a crisis to reach out. If you're not sure whether your child needs therapy, you can also schedule a parent guidance session — just to talk through what you're seeing and get some support. You don't have to figure this out alone.
