How to Talk About Mental Health: The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) website is a good resource for students and families to begin to normalize conversations about mental health and learn how to begin having conversations about this important topic. This website includes resources for individuals experiencing their own challenges with mental health as well as providing support to family and friends.
Handhold MA: This is a website that was created by mental health and child development experts in partnership with parents in order to best support the mental and emotional well-being of children and teens.
