The city hired Joslin, Lesser + Associates in February 2013 to provide services as the Owner’s Project Manager of the Hunking school building project.

As OPM, JLA manages the project on behalf of the city. It sets the agenda for School Building Committee meetings, manages the flow of paperwork and ensures that the required submissions are made to the Massachusetts School Building Authority and other government agencies as necessary. It keeps the city and school district notified of progress on the project, and performs numerous functions, all spelled out in its contract with the city.
