Dear Moody Preschool Families and Staff,

I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you—Hailley French has been officially appointed as the Principal of Moody Preschool.

Hailley has served as Interim Director this school year and has done an exceptional job leading the school community with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of early childhood education. We are very excited that she will be continuing in this leadership role moving forward.

Hailley brings over 15 years of experience in education, specializing in behavior analysis, school administration, and early childhood programming. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds licensure as a Special Education Administrator through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Her career includes several years of leadership in Haverhill Public Schools, where she has supported district-wide programming, professional development, and high-quality instruction across schools.

As Administrator in Charge this past year, Hailey oversaw PreK programming, developed comprehensive progress monitoring systems, led research-based professional learning communities, and built strong relationships with families and staff. Her dedication to children and their growth—both academic and social-emotional—is at the core of her leadership. She is a tireless advocate for young learners and brings warmth, expertise, and unwavering commitment to everything she does.
