NE-DSAC District Data Readiness Survey

The Haverhill School District is working with the Northeast District and School Assistance Center (DSAC) to improve its data practices across the district. To help our new District Data Team in that effort, the Northeast DSAC has developed this survey of effective data practices. We encourage all members of the Haverhill community, including parents, staff and interested community members, to participate in the survey. The District Data Team will use the results to craft the district's overall data vision and a general framework for on-going improvement. We certainly value your feedback and thank you for your support.  Please click on the following link to take the survey.
