Will your child be 5 years old by August 31, 2008?

Then he or she is eligible for a Kindergarten class starting September, 2008.

Please call for an appointment to register for kindergarten or first grade for the 2008-2009 school year.

For registration you must bring:

Proof of your address such as a rent receipt, utility bill or driver's license
A copy of your child's birth certificate that we can keep
A record of your child's shots from the doctor
A copy of your child's most recent physical examination
Please print the attached registration form and bring it with you to expedite the registration process.
